Prenatal yoga private instruction modifies postures and practice to support the changes of the body and growing baby and prepares the mind for labor. Restores energy and centers the mother to be with relaxation and breathing techniques. The benefits are limitless during this stage of life. Yoga postures & sequences specifically for pregnancy
Meditations, songs & chants to help mothers prepare for a positive birth experience
Techniques for relaxation & stress reduction
A conscious approach to conception, pregnancy, labor & delivery and mothering

Stacie is trained since 1995 in Hatha Yoga and prenatal modifications in the Sivananda, Iyengar and Gentle Integral Yoga lineage, was Certified as a Massage therapist including prenatal massage (2002) from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics and certified as a Khalsa Way Prenatal Kundalini Yoga teacher by Gurmukh, as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
