Prenatal Yoga
Stacie is trained since 1995 in Hatha Yoga and prenatal modifications in the Sivananda, Iyengar and Gentle Integral Yoga lineage, was Certified as a Massage therapist from the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics, including prenatal massage (2002) and Certified as a Khalsa Way Prenatal Kundalini Yoga teacher by Gurmukh, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Stacie created and implemented new prenatal yoga programs for the Parents Center in San Rafael, CA and Presidio YMCA in San Francisco, being the first YMCA in the bay area to offer prenatal yoga.

Prenatal yoga private instruction modifies postures and practice to support the changes of the body and growing baby and prepares the mind for labor. Restores energy and centers the mother to be with relaxation and breathing techniques. The benefits are limitless during this stage of life. Individual attention is useful as the needs change throughout the trimesters.
