Private Yoga Instruction

Private Yoga Sessions are a great way to learn yoga that is tailored to your own individual needs.  Your yoga session will be guided by your own needs that may be requiring more individual attention than a group class can offer. Your private session and sequence practiced will be written for you to practice between sessions. 

When yoga is done in a way that supports your needs, the benefits are limitless. Your practice can be very gentle for post/pre surgery, chronic illness, major life transitions, etc. or more active depending on your energy levels (which can vary each time you practice). Yoga can be done in chairs and modified to work for you.  Private sessions are also often helpful for brand new students who are not comfortable starting in a group setting, for those who want to focus on specific modifications not addressed in class, or just to explore and refresh your current practice from a new perspective.

Private sessions are available by appointment. Small private group classes at your own location or home also available.
